What the role is
What you will be working on
Finance & Project Budget: Assist in managing finance and project budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenditure.
Payment Matters: Handle invoice processing, prepayment, amortization in the financial system.
Procurement: Coordinate and manage purchase of goods and services such as movers, catering, buses, teaching supplies, IT, furniture, and equipment, event services, office supplies, etc.
Assets Management: Conduct annual verification, prepare reports, perform assets scanning, and update system records.
Student Matters: Handle documentation relating to student financial assistance matters.
Facility Access System: Handle facility access system to ensure settings are updated timely for operational needs.
Events and Logistics Support: Provide support for school events and logistics, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
