What you will be working on
You will also play a key role in managing and optimising digital systems to support the organisation’s human resource functions and enhance employee experience.
What we are looking for
You should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail. Candidates with relevant experience in HR analytics, recruitment or HR systems will have an added advantage.
Selected candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract basis.
