Office of the Registrar - Senior Manager (Admissions and Digitalisation)

• Plan and administer admission exercises, including end-to-end admissions process from application review to offer and enrolment
• Process applications in alignment with institutional policies and admission criteria.
• Review existing processes and propose enhancements to manage the admission exercises in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making processes, including (but not limited to) admissions and course demand trends, and completion rates
• Maintain a strong understanding of the admissions policies and procedures, and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies on the implementation of admission processes
• Manage system enhancements and development, including requirement gathering, user acceptance test and data verification
• Respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Identify and implement process improvements through the use of suitable technologies in collaboration with relevant colleagues

• Relevant qualification with at least 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team
• Prior work experience from another educational institution would be advantageous
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting
