What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities: You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for developing our talents to build and retain a proficient and motivated workforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our people's career development and growth. • Develop and execute structured job rotation exercises to enhance employee career experience and exposure across different functions • Design and implement coaching and mentoring initiatives and resources to support employee growth • Monitor and assess the talent development initiatives for officers on specialist track, recommending improvements where needed • Research and evaluate technology solutions and platforms to streamline and enhance talent management processes

What we are looking for

• Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent • Good thinking skills to align talent development initiatives to organisational objectives • Independent, resourceful and driven to deliver • Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff • Good communication and presentation skills Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
