• Bridge talents to future needs by ensuring that we develop the right people with the right skills for tomorrow’s challenges.
• Engage talents to discuss about post-programme pathways and support the transition of talents into purposeful, mission-aligned roles.
• Partner with line managers on talent spotting and cultivation.
3. In our journey towards a data-informed and employee-centric HR function, you will spearhead initiatives to digitize and enhance the early talent experience. You will:
• Use workforce data to evaluate pipeline health, progression bottleneck, and capability development needs
• Explore and implement systems to manage nominations, sponsorships, and talent journeys with greater visibility and automation.
• Drive enhancements to the early talent experience through a personalised microsite with relevant information and milestone reminders.
