You oversee disciplinary matters and personnel affairs for Defence Executive Officers (DXOs) in MINDEF/SAF while serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for discipline management.

- Manage DXO disciplinary cases - Implement disciplinary policies - Recommend courses of action - Coordinate with stakeholders - Operationalise policy changes - Develop implementation processes - Guide personnel affairs - Support manpower policies Challenge(s) - Managing complex disciplinary cases - Coordinating across multiple stakeholders

- At least 2 years of experience in HR management is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent time management - Results-oriented approach - Stakeholder management abilities (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
