What you will be working on

You will be part of the Strategic Planning team responsible for the following roles: • Undertake strategic review of workforce needs to develop workforce strategies that will transform PUB workforce to be future-ready. • Identify emerging market trends and best practices to guide HR strategies and workforce development. • Partner with relevant HR teams and internal stakeholders to identify challenges, perform root cause analysis and recommend interventions. • Develop, maintain and update workforce models to enable more effective planning and policy design. • Develop workforce analytics capabilities within HRD.

What we are looking for

• Experience in strategic workforce planning and with good understanding of HR practices, tools and technologies • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Good stakeholder management, collaborative and communication skills • Independent, proactive and resourceful • Work Location: ENV Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
