Reporting to Senior Assistant Director, Infrastructure Development Branch (IDB), you are responsible for administering the allocation of staff quarters, help oversee the list of Fixed assets in Prison Headquarter (PHQ) and Compass Green (CG) Staff Quarters as well as maintenance of infrastructure at PHQ and CG.

Your specific responsibilities as an Assistant Executive (Infrastructure Sustainment), includes: • Plan, coordinate, manage contractor, and provide administrative support in the implementation of small-scale infrastructure-related projects assigned to Sustenance team to ensure timely delivery. • Process security clearance of vendors as well as pass making requests from contractors. • Track fixed assets and perform transfer, retirement, labelling of assets and write off functions via a proprietary system (training will be provided) when required. • Conduct 100% inventory check on PHQ and CG fixed assets during the annual stock take exercise • Administer allocation of staff quarters, deduction of related payment from salary account and carry out reconciliation of accounts. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of database for staff quarters. • Administer staff quarter related submissions to authorised government agencies • Generate Purchase Orders via the same proprietary system for project or goods and services. • Coordinate with various stakeholders to perform Goods Receipt functions for completed projects or services/goods received • Perform general administrative support such as documentation and filing. • Any other ad hoc duties
