What we are looking for
Requirements
Join us if you are excited about improving public service delivery and passionate about helping businesses thrive through better Government services. We welcome people from diverse professional backgrounds – including policy, consulting, product management, service delivery operations and technology.
We are looking for:
•Concept Architects: You bring vision and clarity to chaos. You structure big, ambiguous problems through frameworks and thoughtful analogies, asking the right questions so we build with purpose.
•Bridge-builders: You connect people, ideas, and institutions. You navigate complexity, find common ground, and align diverse stakeholders around a shared direction — with trust and momentum.
•Data storytellers: You don’t just crunch data — you translate it into insights that inform, inspire, and drive action. Whether you’re building dashboards or identifying performance metrics, you help us see what matters and what to do next.
•Communicators: You craft crisp narratives from complex ideas. Whether it’s a Cabinet paper, a policy presentation, or a team conversation, you speak with clarity, credibility, and intent.
•Independent do-ers: You see what needs to be done — and do it. You take the initiative, follow through, and don’t wait for permission to make things better. You’re self-directed but not siloed; collaborative but not dependent. You view uncharted territory as an opportunity to explore, experiment, and lead.
Bonus experience (nice to have):
•Experience in change management or transformation initiatives;
•Experience working across both the private and public sectors;
•Experience in data or software development;
•Experience spanning domains, functions and digital transformation.
