Technical Executive (Building)

The successful candidate will be exposed to various aspects of building works, i.e. architectural, structural, and M&E works, and management of upgrading projects. You will be trained on technical knowledge, good construction practices, work procedures and; quality, safety and environmental standards. You will conduct in-process quality, site safety and housekeeping checks to ensure compliance with specifications and safety. You will be required to audit hand-over inspections for newly upgraded (Home Improvement Programme) flats and, upgraded/completed lift and lift shafts to ensure that they meet HDB's quality standards. You will also be required to ensure and share HDB’s quality standards and good practices with HDB’s appointed consultants and contractors, and also engage residents and tenants on their feedback.

You should possess a good background in Engineering or Building. You should be meticulous and independent, and have good communication skills. All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
