The intern will assist the Strategic Planning & Policy Division (SPPD)’s Transformation Office on various initiatives that drive the Ministry's organisational transformation efforts, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the organising of corporate events (e.g. Corporate Planning Seminar and Townhalls) and workshops
- Conducting desktop research and analysis to study developing trends affecting MinLaw’s operating landscape, as well as innovation and service-related research to explore best practices that enable MinLaw to better serve the public.

What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will primarily assist with content creation for bulletins, eDMs and simple video creation (where possible), and work with the transformation team to brainstorm and solution for innovative ideas that further MinLaw’s transformation mandate. Additionally, the intern will be expected to translate desktop research on trends that impact MinLaw and develop bite-sized publications for MinLaw staff’s consumption where applicable.
What we are looking for
Some experience with writing, copywriting, and design software such as Canva. Basic video taking and editing skills (using a smartphone) will be a plus.
We are looking for an intern who can commit preferably from May – Aug 2025.
