Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or equivalent capacity
• Experience in strategic HR management and transformation
• Experience in leading diverse HR teams and managing multiple HR functions
• Experience in compensation and benefits review is a plus, including knowledge of market trends and best practices in total rewards management
Key Competencies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior levels
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to drive evidence-based HR solutions
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop HR teams
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends in people management
