Executive (HR Benefits) administers personnel functions such as allowance & payroll matters and exit management.

- Manages all allowances and take intervention action for non-payment or recovery of allowances. Provides critical inputs on allowance policies and Human Resource & Payroll System (HRPS) allowance configuration. - Manages payroll matters including addressing CPF payment in error, responding to payroll-related queries from officers and management, co-ordinate with internal/external auditors on audits. - Manages INVEST related matters including administering exit cases such as resignation or retirement with disciplinary reasons and proposing recommendations on the treatment of INVEST payout to Approving Authority. - Oversees the recovery process for outstanding liabilities owed to SPS including liaising with VITAL on computation and payment modes, seeking approval from management on approach and recommendations, and referring cases to the Attorney General Chambers’ panel or legal firms for proceedings. - Manages and coordinates nominations for the applications for Commissioner for Oaths (COs) in accordance with Singapore Academy of Law stipulated criteria and timeline. - Performs employee reference check requests for uniformed officers. - Assesses nominations and provide recommendations for awards. Recommends and seek the necessary approval and conducts reviews of awards policies to ensure relevance and efficiency. - Undertakes other ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of Human Resource Management Group (HRMG)’s personnel functions.

- Meticulous and able to work under tight timelines. - Resourceful and possess good analytical, written and communication skills. - Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Relevant experience in designing Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) using relevant graphic design tools such as Canva would be an advantage. - Prior experience in HR will be helpful.
