Estate Manager (Housing Market Analysis)

You will undertake real estate research, which includes monitoring, data mining, analysing and forecasting trends in the Singapore residential market, as well as conducting topical studies on real estate issues, to bring about a better understanding of the market dynamics budgeting and identify any emerging trends for planning and policy decision-making. You would be responsible for gathering and synthesizing information from a wide range of sources, projecting and interpreting trends using statistical techniques and data analytics tools with dashboards where relevant, to aid management in data-driven policy and decision-making.

We are looking for a candidate with Economics and/or Statistics background. 3-5 years of working experience in a statistical research and analysis role in the real estate or related sectors will be an advantage. You should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, and be proficient in programming language (e.g. R, Python, SQL), modelling and statistical software such as SPSS, EViews or SAS. You should display a keen attention to details, be thorough and rigorous to deliver quality work consistently, have good organisational and communication skills, and be able to perform under tight timelines. You should also be able to write and present well, be able to work independently as well as in a team. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
