What the role is

Some of the work duties are: - Managing of calendars and scheduling of meetings and events for multiple Directors - Manage Principals' petty cash such as transport, travel claims etc and travel arrangements - Answering of phone calls and emails' queries - Perform other administrative/ logistical support duties as required

What we are looking for

Candidate must possess/be: - Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC or GCE 'A' certificate - At least 5 year(s) of working experience as PA or Secretary to Senior Management Staff in Public/ Civil Service agencies - Strong communication skills - Ability to multi-task and work independently - Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Tactful and should exercise discretion in day to day interaction with Senior Management staff
