What the role is
What you will be working on
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the full spectrum of programme administration, class management, payment matters and related tasks.
Managing both in-person and online training sessions, comprising pre, during and post training support.
Compile, organize, and prepare accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive the implementation of efficient administrative processes to enhance overall workflow and productivity
Participate in committees / projects at School / Poly-wide level
Perform any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned
What we are looking for
Proven experience in administrative support or related roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in using productivity tools such as Power Automate or others is an advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
