As a key member of the Estates leadership team, you will lead the implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) initiatives across campus facilities. Working closely with senior management, you will drive stakeholder engagement strategies and oversee operations teams to deliver exceptional user experience. Your role will focus on ensuring campus facilities and services are aligned with users' needs while meeting institutional strategic objectives.

The role requires a strategic leader who can transform facility management practices through innovative solutions and data-driven approaches. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, optimising service delivery, and creating an inspiring campus environment that supports learning and working excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement in facilities management while ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability.

What you will be working on

  • Lead strategic planning and implementation of Estates Facilities Management initiatives
  • Drive stakeholder-centric facility management approaches to create an engaging campus environment
  • Oversee integrated operations including maintenance, lease management of F&B outlets, retail spaces, and campus housing
  • Manage end-to-end contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness
  • Direct project management for addition & alteration works
  • Lead digitalization efforts and utilize analytics to enhance service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Estates Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or related field
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience with at least five years in leadership role and experience in government procurement will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in managing integrated facilities management contract
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation
  • IT savvy with digitalization skills
