You will be part of the team to: • Perform comprehensive checks on programme enrolments and liaise with programme partners to facilitate programme data dissemination • Verify and validate claims documentation submitted by programme partners to ensure compliance • Liaise with programme partners on survey returns and analyse survey results • Conduct data entry tasks and perform analysis to support programme effectiveness • Process and respond to jobseeker appeals and feedback • Develop and present comprehensive reports and updates to Management • Execute and monitor Robotic Process Automation bots and other automation tools to streamline processes • Engage with jobseekers during career events to assess programme eligibility and facilitate coaching appointments • Manage meeting logistics and documentation • Support programmes implementation and management work activities as required by business needs and programme objectives
