The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape. As a member of the Case Management Branch, you will be responsible for the case management of migrant workers who have housing, food and/or other employment related issues. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams and Divisions within MOM, across government agencies and external stakeholders, not only in case management but also for the periodical review and implementation of case management strategies and protocols.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage and assess complex migrant workers' well-being cases (including housing, food, and employment matters) through effective stakeholder engagement with employers, MOM divisions, government agencies, and external partners.
• Document case details accurately in relevant systems, stay updated on prevailing policies, and proactively identify emerging issues requiring timely intervention.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through stakeholder reviews, workflow redesign, and implementation of service enhancement projects to optimize operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Oversee administrative functions, including office administration, asset management, and procurement, ensuring alignment with corporate procedures and effective budget management.
What we are looking for
• Possess tertiary qualifications.
• Experience in data management, analysis, and evaluation would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
