The job holder will be a key member of the ICA Psychology Division, supporting the delivery of psychological services through effective procurement, administrative, and IT coordination. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and facilitating smooth operational support for the Division’s initiatives. This is a 2-year contract position.

i. Support and execute end to end procurement transactions for the Division ii. Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes are in accordance with IM Procurement and internal guidelines iii. Providing administrative and IT support for the Division iv. To support the division in any ad-hoc work tasks

i. Attained at least a University degree or above, preferably in Psychology ii. Has a keen interest in work relating to providing psychological services within an organisation iii. Has an eye for detail and is generally meticulous and able to work under pressure iv. Able to work independently and can be a supporting role in team projects
