We are looking for a temporary officer (6 months) to assist with the administrative work to operationalise the Smart Nation Educator Fellowship (SNEF).
• Administrative duties such as booking flights and accommodation for international speakers, procuring refreshments, assist with registration processes, ensuring setup/recce of venues including arrangements for refreshments and to liaise with relevant personnel as needed for modules.
• Support the core team in running the programme. This will include other duties such as preparing materials and seeing to logistical arrangements for the modules, liaising with speakers on logistical matters, taking notes at sessions, and consolidating and analysing feedback from participants.

• Good writing
• Interest in digital proficiency and how technology can be used in education is a bonus
• Experience with project and/or event management is a plus.
