What the role is

You will be involved in the development and implementation of funding policies, while optimising processes for NAC’s suite of incentives (grants, partnerships and commissions). The role is crucial in maximising the impact and effectiveness of NAC’s funding initiatives to strengthen Singapore’s arts ecosystem.

What you will be working on

  • Assist in the review of funding policies (which includes review existing grant schemes and developing new funding schemes where required).

  • Maintain documentation of funding policies and processes.

  • Support the implementation of process improvements.

  • Update and maintain funding databases, generate data analysis to inform policy improvements.

  • Coordination of cross-departmental grant assessment processes.

  • Grant administration, including providing relevant and timely advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as evaluating applications for grants, and ensure adherence to good governance and funding conditions.

What we are looking for

​The ideal candidate should have:

  • Project management / Administrative experience

  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders and public queries

  • Administrative capabilities (eg: Data entry, excel etc)

  • Experience in handling data/databases preferred

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
