What we are looking for
We are looking for dedicated individuals with unique perspectives and the ability to deliver and excite, both in the classroom and in the realm of communication design processes. The candidate should be able to:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies that clearly communicate value and meet evolving audience needs.
Interpret data and reports to guide creative direction and support data-driven decision-making.
Channel a strong passion for creativity and design into producing engaging, relevant content.
Plan and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand experience.
Collaborate with account teams, creatives, designers, and clients to produce high-impact, results-driven branding/advertising campaigns.
Manage creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage.
Capabilities in the following areas will be advantageous:
Proficiency in emerging technologies, including GenAI and AR/VR, demonstrating a keen understanding of their potential applications
Create content using video or design tools for social media, blogs and other marketing materials.
Utilise digital marketing tools and platforms including social media content management systems and marketing automation software
