As a Senior Corporate Research Analyst in the Research and Management Information Division, you will support the Corporate Research Office to drive research impact through knowledge mobilisation. Your primary role is to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mobilise and translate research findings from the Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2025 (RIE2025) Human Potential (HP) programme and MOE Education Research Funding Programme (ERFP) into knowledge products that inform policies and practices, as well as practical applications/ interventions.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Coordinate MOE-wide efforts to identify completed HP and ERFP projects with translational potential, and build strategic partnerships with relevant research stakeholders (such as A*STAR and institutes of higher learning) and MOE divisions to transform research findings into knowledge products and practical applications/ interventions
• Curate and synthesise relevant HP and ERFP research findings with MOE HQ divisions and researchers, to develop clear, actionable insights tailored for different audiences (e.g. political office holders, senior management, HQ staff and external stakeholders)
• Facilitate engagement with world-renowned experts on the HP Scientific Advisory Board and Science of Learning (SoL) International Expert Panel, spanning fields such as neuroscience, cognitive science, technology, early childhood and maternal health and wellbeing, in close partnership with administrators from A*STAR and Higher Education Group in MOE
• Support the SoL grant office in the administration of SoL grant calls (1 per year), set priorities for each cycle, evaluate proposals, and formulate strategic priorities that align with RIE2030 objectives
• Provide secretariat support for senior management meetings and organise engagement events with researchers to drive research mobilisation efforts
• Manage a portfolio of research projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes and maintaining performance standards
What we are looking for
• At least 5 years of experience in research-related roles; experience in research knowledge mobilisation would be an advantage
• A meticulous and resourceful individual with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Strong numeracy and quantitative analysis skills
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholders engagement skills
