• Assist the system owner of the Procurement Module of the ACE (SAP) system in performing the following: - Manage and review procurement system/processes and recommend adoption of best practices. - Manage daily operational procurement processes such as creation, updating, uploading of contracts information and vendor records in ACE for all board’s contracts. - Provide ACE System support advice/services to officers regarding problems with authorisation rights and contract matters. - Work closely with various internal stakeholders e.g. Infocomm, Finance, users and consultants to enhance and improve ACE procurement module. • Administrator of the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) portal for the Board. • Manage Procurement Dashboard. • Attend to audit queries.

• Degree holder with or without working experience in Government Procurement. Fresh graduate maybe considered. • Familiarity with Procurement system e.g. SAP and GeBIZ would be an advantage. • Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Motivated, organised, meticulous, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. • A good team player with good communication, writing and IT skills.
