As Manager/Senior Manager (Recruitment) or Manager/Senior Manager (Performance Management), you will be part of the team to handle the sourcing, selection and appointment of Engineers and Executives and; or assist in performance management in support of PUB’s mission.

Recruitment • Manage the full recruitment life cycle in partnership with hiring managers and candidates. • Lead the full recruitment life cycle. This would include engaging stakeholders to gather candidate requirements, sourcing, interviewing /assessing candidates, and managing offers including compensation discussions for selected candidates. • Build relationships and engage talent in the market, design and provide excellent end-to-end candidate experience. Performance Management • Review policies, guidelines and processes to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and that officers are recognised and rewarded in a fair and timely manner. • Lead and oversee annual performance management exercises (e.g. annual/bi-annual performance review cycle, ranking and promotion exercise and annual increment etc.) • Manage performance-related data and analytics.

Requirements • Degree in Human Resource or related discipline • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resource • Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Meticulous, good organisational skills and committed to deliver quality work within deadline Candidates may be placed on a 2-yr contract at the first instance.
