We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our team to champion use of HR data and analytics to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organisational performance. You will be responsible for the analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights related to prevailing set of HR metrics. You will also be the key lead to identify potential AI solutions for HR tasks to improve everyday productivity, while ensuring compliance with data governance policies.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Stay updated on (1) industry trends and best practices related to HR and future of work; and (2) WOG HR policies.
• Use HR data to uncover insights and trends that inform workforce strategies and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead strategic workforce planning exercises, including workforce analysis and capability assessment, to ensure alignment with long-term organisational goals.
• Drive digitalisation efforts in HR, including the adoption of new technologies, automation of HR processes, and identification of opportunities for digital enablement.
• Lead job redesign initiatives to enhance workforce productivity, improve employee experience, and future-proof job roles in line with evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and evaluation of HR transformation initiatives.
What we are looking for
• 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in Data Analytics and/or HR Transformation roles
• Strong observational, statistical, and analytical abilities; experience in data visualisation software such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and deliver quality work within tight timelines
