What the role is
What you will be working on
• Perform Personal Assistant (PA) duties to Senior Management
- Managing schedules
- Arrange and schedule meetings with internal and external agencies, lunches, monthly cluster and meetings (which includes arranging car park & security clearance)
- Prepare meeting materials
- Submit transport and medical claims
- Be part of Ministry PA’s covering pool
• Perform other administrative duties
- Support logistics and administrative functions for media events and press conferences
- Arrange meeting rooms and obtain car park and security clearance for visitors
What we are looking for
• Possess tertiary qualifications in any discipline
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
• Good people skills and positive learning attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Good oral and written skills
