You drive units' compliance to policies and guidelines in the establishment, review and renewal of contracts under the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). You also maintain overview of the contracts supporting the DIS and conduct gap analysis on their adequacy in supporting operations.

- Provide end-to-end focused support and advisory in contract management - Develop and maintain the Contract Master List - Conduct gap analysis on existing contracts' adequacy in supporting DIS operations and propose solutions - Support the DIS Contract Renewal and Establishment (CRE) forum as part of the secretariat team Challenge(s) - Managing diverse outsourcing requirements to meet DIS' dynamic operational needs - Managing exposure to outsourcing risks with expanding industry engagement

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy formulation, policy making, and/or contract management - Familiarity with outsourcing strategies, and risk management in the conduct of contract management/execution - Meticulous in analysis with proficiency in software/tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) to derive actionable insights for decision-making - Proficient in PowerBI and/or Visual Basic is advantageous - Independent, objective, and a resourceful team player - Strong communication and effective writing skills to influence diverse groups of stakeholders Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
