You are responsible for driving strategic workforce planning and Human Resource (HR) Master-planning for the HR Job Family in MINDEF/SAF, while managing Job Evaluation frameworks and overseeing HR Shared Service delivery.

- Drive strategic workforce planning and HR Master-planning to meet operational demands - Maintain and enhance Job Evaluation framework to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness - Develop and implement flexible manpower contracting mechanisms and frameworks - Oversee HR Shared Service provider's delivery of payroll, benefits, claims processing and allowance services - Negotiate and manage cost-effective HR services with service providers Challenge(s) - Balancing stakeholders' conflicting priorities while maintaining organisational objectives

- At least 6 years of working experience in HR, strategy and planning domains - Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills - Strong negotiation and collaboration skills - Familiarity with Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology is advantageous - Knowledge in procurement process is advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
