What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop master plans for administrative facilities refresh across SAF camps and bases
- Oversee major infrastructure development projects in Gombak and Depot Road precincts
- Gather and assess stakeholder requirements for key infrastructure projects
- Draft and seek approval for block requirements for major infrastructure projects
- Review and formulate workplace and infrastructure policies and standards
- Monitor industry standards and trends for workplace design
Challenge(s)
- Balancing diverse stakeholder interests in large-scale, long-term complex projects
- Ensuring workspace and workplace plans meet future demands and expectations
What we are looking for
- Education in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, Land Management, Humanities and Social Sciences with focus on urban issues
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent writing abilities
- Stakeholder management skills
