What the role is

You are responsible for all performance and promotion matters, pay and allowance, rewards and administrative penalties in accordance with existing MINDEF/SAF policies and guidelines.

What you will be working on

- Support promotion assessment panels and perform secretarial duties for promotion evaluation committees - Manage all promotion administrations and awards/recognitions for personnel in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) - Assist in organisation of annual DIS promotion ceremony - Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks Challenge(s) - Working in fast-paced office environment to meet tight timelines - Being familiar with different promotion criteria of different service schemes

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of experience as HR practitioner or in relevant areas - Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills - Proficiency in Excel - Self-driven, resourceful, results-oriented and meticulous - Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality - Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels - Good team player and adaptable - Ability to multi-task (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
