Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading continuing education and training (CET) academy that advocates the pursuit of lifelong learning and skills mastery. We offer a wide range of training programmes for adult learners to enhance their employability and partner the industry closely in workforce development.

Reporting to the Manager (Short Course), the appointee’s main role includes supporting the administration for training programmes. This requires working with various stakeholders including course participants and trainers.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities: -

  • Manage the full spectrum of course administration including timely publish of course information, handling class enrolment and enquiries, sending course confirmation emails, issue teaching and non-teaching appointment letters and processing payments to trainers and vendors.
  • Correspond with various stakeholders including applicants, sponsoring companies and government agencies on course and funding matters.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience.  Monitor the quality of training programmes through evaluation and feedback. 

What we are looking for

Requirements: -

  • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant working experience in a training administration, preferably with an educational institution. 
  • Strong critical thinking, writing and communication skills to support training operations and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively across departments and functions.
  • Technologically-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools such as MS Teams.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
