What the role is
What you will be working on
As a Manager in the Resource Policy Division at Workforce Singapore (WSG), you will support our grants audit activities to ensure programme partners’ compliance and operational effectiveness. You will provide essential administrative support to the Grants Audit team, including managing audit documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining audit records.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Collating and consolidating audit findings and issues from completed audits
• Coordinating with business divisions to track and follow up on the status of corrective actions
• Supporting the procurement process by preparing and placing service orders to appointed external auditors to carry out process audits
• Filing, collation, and storage of audit working papers
• Providing administrative support for audit-related matters including documentation preparation, information compilation and tracking of queries
• Providing general routine/administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and minute-taking, and assisting the Resource Policy Division with other ad-hoc tasks
What we are looking for
• Prior experience in audit support and/or administrative functions is advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
