You support the transformation of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) towards NCC2030, leading curriculum transformation, implementation planning, and stakeholder engagement across Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and other ministries.

- Develop and run implementation plans to drive initiatives to fulfil NCC2030 transformation objectives - Assist to study and present the findings of a longitudinal study of each initiative and compile the findings for the complete review of the NCC2030 transformation plan to handover subsequent mainstreaming efforts by HQ NCC - Coordinate with RSAF, RSN and other ministries to refine proposals and working processes - Develop and implement safety and risk management plans - Create safety management frameworks - Lead the design and development of OneNCC App - Secretary for Ministry of Education (MOE) and Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) principal meetings Challenge(s) - Acquiring complex organisational knowledge - Managing multiple stakeholder requirements - Coordinating pilot trials across schools - Transitioning to new curriculum - Balancing internal and external resources

- At least 6 years of experience in training development - Officer Commanding (OC) tour or tacit knowledge and understanding of SAF training requirements is advantageous - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
