You will play a pivotal role in shaping Singapore’s land transport ecosystem by partnering with leadership, internal divisions, and external agencies to define a clear, measurable strategic vision. Your focus will be to rally teams and align organisational efforts around key outcomes, empowering the organisation with insights, systems, and structures to achieve these goals. Using data-driven analysis and qualitative insights, you’ll continuously refine what matters most to our customers and identify emerging strategic issues that impact our direction.

In parallel, you will lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks to our strategy and outcomes. Acting as the secretariat for LTA’s risk management meetings, you will coordinate agendas, document discussions, and track follow-up actions. Your efforts will cultivate a strong risk culture, enabling proactive mitigation, continuous monitoring, and strategic adaptation to safeguard our vision.

To engage and unify the organisation behind our strategy, you will design and deliver interactive platforms such as management retreats, workshops, training programmes, and performance measurement tools that drive alignment and accountability.

You're a natural communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders including senior management, through impactful presentations, concise papers, and engaging communication materials. You possess strong analytical skills and can dive deep into various subject matters, extracting meaningful insights. Building consensus among diverse stakeholders comes naturally to you, and you embrace a growth mindset, constantly learning, unlearning, and adapting to new perspectives. You're a self-directed learner eager to become an expert in your field.
