What the role is

Assistant Manager/ Commercial Leasing (1 year contract)

What you will be working on

To develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback

Formulate and review leasing policies and processes

Develop deeper understanding of customers' needs regarding space requirements and utilisation, and rental assistance etc.

Arrears management

Manage tenant-landlord relationships and negotiate tenancy renewals

What we are looking for

At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industry

Strong interpersonal and writing skills

Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of real estate and facilities management will be an advantage
