What the role is

This is a 1-year contract role, where you will oversee the Compensation and Benefits portfolio, and report to the HR Policy Team Lead.

What you will be working on

• You will draw on best practices in C&B to set the policy direction, design and execution of C&B for the purposes of attraction and retention. • Specifically, you will be involved in market benchmarking for both compensation and benefits as well as the annual determinations of salaries, promotions and bonuses to draw up competitive and fair C&B packages for URA. • When required, you will also be involved in related initiatives such as job evaluation exercises and analysis of the organisational structure/SWP.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a C&B HR practitioner. Familiarity with the Singapore Public Service context will be a plus • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to cut through complexity to push for clear solutions • Drive and persistence to attain results combined with creative problem-solving skills • Ability to comprehend strategic oversights while not losing sight of details • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in relevant HR digital software and solutions, analytics and visualisation tools (MS Excel at the minimum)
