What the role is
What you will be working on
• Provide advisory to customers’ queries/feedback through different customer touch points, ensuring that issues are resolved, and service standards are met.
• Handle exception/ escalation cases to provide high value business advice & assistance
• Review and process customers’ applications/appeals relating to business and corporate registry schemes and regulations.
• Analyze customer’s feedback to identify areas for improvements and adopt design thinking concept to propose feasible solutions to improve the internal work processes or enhance service delivery to customers.
• Involved in service initiatives or projects to improve on service delivery.
What we are looking for
• Qualification in Business Management, Accounting or Finance related faculties
• Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Experience in external customer-facing roles will be ideal.
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment.
• Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and adapting to changes.
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
