What you will be working on

The incumbent will work in tandem with the Team Lead, Partnership Development and Admin Excellence to develop the Sport Development Group’s partnership growth and engagement plan with the support of partnership and grant schemes to achieve the desired outcomes. This will include the Associate Partners Scheme (APS), related grants as well as develop new partnership areas to better serve the group’s needs in terms of extending programme reach and to develop the sport industry and ecosystem. Role and Responsibilities: • Understanding the partnership requirements from the various divisions in SDG and propose/ develop suitable partnership schemes to see through the partnerships. • Supporting Team Lead and Division Head in identifying suitable organisations to form potential partnerships. Engage with both current and potential partners, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing their needs promptly. • Developing the framework for APS to guide its implementation and constant review. • Implementing the APS framework and attract the appropriate partners to sign up and expand the provision of sports, health and wellness related activities in conjunction with our objectives. • Liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g. Academies & Clubs, Booking Office, Sport Centres, etc) on allocation and booking of facilities for partners. • Monitoring and tracking partners’ KPIs and deliverables. • Assessing new applications received from potential partners and prepare relevant assessment reports for approval. • Visiting and observing partners’ programmes to understand their business. • Reviewing APS partners and recommending renewal or termination accordingly with the necessary approval templates and documents. • Liaising with relevant divisions to ensure preparation of grant documents. • Preparing evaluation report and AOR for approval. • Monitoring and tracking the grant recipients’ KPIs and deliverables. • Attending and observing grant recipients’/partners’ events/programmes. • Preparing grant disbursement reports. • Collecting, storing and managing partners’ data needed for SDG dashboard reporting for management review • Utilising data analytics to provide insights and supporting data driven decision making across the group where required.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 8 years of proven experience and/or track record, with at least 3 years of work experience in partnership development and engagement, preferably in the sport sector. • Good understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem • High level of self-motivation to meet key deliverables/targets • Strong team player • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good written and oral communication skills • Positive, enthusiastic and creative The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
