We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our academic team as a Full-Time Lecturer in Computer Science and/or Game Development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping future-ready learners by designing and delivering industry-relevant curricula, mentoring students, and driving innovation in digital learning and applied projects.

What you will be working on

- Design and deliver curriculum for diploma and/or specialist diploma courses in Computer Science and Game Development.
- Coach and mentor students in both academic and technical development, and industry-based collaborative projects.
- Facilitate student exchanges, immersion programmes, and study trips — both virtually and in person.
- Engage in outreach activities such as open houses, competitions, and industry engagements.
- Develop high-quality digital and online learning content to support blended and self-paced learning.
- Take on academic administrative tasks, including course coordination, assessment planning, and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and industry partners to continuously improve teaching practice and curriculum design.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and pedagogical trends to ensure learner employability and industry alignment.

What we are looking for

Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in Software Development and/or Game Development.
Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Game Development, Game Design, or Game Production.
Proficiency in major real-time engine (e.g. Unity3D, Unreal Engine), with scripting ability in Python and/or C# is a plus.
Familiarity with Visual Studio, Java, C++, C#, or Objective-C is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated passion for nurturing aspiring developers and digital creators.
Able to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary academic environment.
