The candidate would be assisting with programme curation, desk research, taking minutes, doing draft presentations, liasing with stakeholders including external parties such as foreign missions, research institutes etc, secretariat duties, event planning and management

The candidate will be involved in programme curation, liasing with senior officials and external stakeholders, how to interact with all levels, presentation skills and writing skills, critical thinking and independent learning, geo-political sensitivities, protocal and etiquette etc

• Good with microsoft office i.e. powerpoint, excel • Good writing and listening skills • Quick note taker • Experience organising events • Candidates should be undergraduates. • Candidates should be a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR Internship Period Requirements • Period of Internship: Aug to Mar 2026 (minimum commitment of 3 months).
