What you will be working on
Brief description of Job Scope:
As Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be part of the Registry team overseeing Knowledge Management/Records Management function and be involved in implementation of work processes and systems enhancements.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage agency records according to compliance requirements and best practices:
a. Manage the records life cycle
b. Carry out appraisal of records
c. Carry out declassification of public records
d. Manage the electronics records management system
2. Conduct training to divisions on Knowledge Management/Records Management
3. Provide support to divisions in areas of Knowledge Management/Records Management
4. Support change management by working closely with stakeholders to promote a dynamic Knowledge Management/Records Management culture (e.g. managing awareness campaigns and developing electronic direct mails-EDMs)
5. Manage projects independently and work with vendors to ensure adherence to project cost, scope and time
6. Experience with digitisation, Knowledge management, communications or design thinking is an added advantage
7. Any other duties as assigned

1. Tertiary qualification (with minimum 3 years of working experience) is preferred
2. Experience in information management and corporate administration
3. Strong project management skills
4. Ability to grasp and utilise technology effectively
5. Experience in data analytics/visualisation or GenAI is an added advantage
