What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of LTA’s National Electric Vehicle Centre (NEVC). The NEVC spearheads the promotion of EV adoption, regulating and planning EV charging systems, and the development of an EV ecosystem in Singapore.
In this role, you will be part of the dynamic Masterplanning team, which develops and executes plans related to the deployment of EV charging systems and its supporting infrastructure. You will be given the unique opportunity to shape the electrified future of our land transport system in Singapore.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth analysis and regular updates on key data indicators, including EV adoption trends, charging demand patterns, and charger deployment progress.
- Designing and implementing data visualisation (using tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) to communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Refining and updating models relating to charging demand, supply forecasts, and financial projections for key stakeholders.
- Identifying gaps and opportunities within EV adoption and charging infrastructure.
- Supporting the development and refinement of strategies and action plans to enhance EV adoption and charger deployment across Singapore.
- Developing and executing communications strategies to improve understanding of EV-related matters.
- Engage stakeholders, including industry players, government agencies, and the public, to gather input, co-create, and co-deliver electrification initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge and experience preferably in data and communications
- Candidates with more relevant working experience will be offered a more senior position.
- Strong critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills.
- Relevant experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau preferred.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders
- Meticulous, able to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
