What the role is
What you will be working on
As the Branch Head, you will spearhead the strategic HR initiatives that directly influence NEA’s organisational effectiveness. You will:
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with NEA’s mission, working closely with division leaders to design and implement solutions that drive organisational success and employee growth.
Lead a dynamic team of HR Business Partners, providing mentorship while overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment to workforce planning.
Partner with specialist HR teams to create integrated solutions in areas such as compensation, talent and career development, ensuring both organisational needs and employee aspirations are met.
Drive employer branding initiatives, including talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies.
What we are looking for
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience; with demonstrated success in team leadership.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities and proven experience in developing and implementing HR solutions.
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication across all organisational levels.
Sharp analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
