You will perform administrative duties to support the Group’s operations. You may be involved in basic IT tasks. This role blends core administrative responsibilities with digital tools, giving you the opportunity to contribute to work improvements and team productivity.

You will be part of a dynamic team providing support in a variety of Admin and IT functions : • Filing Registry including off-site storage • Assets Management including physical checks of office assets • Procurement of office supplies & Payments to vendors • Office Equipment inventory and loan • Human Resources administrative functions including staff claims • Budget & Expenditure tracking • Minutes taking and Secretarial support • General administrative duties and support. • IT tech support, IT budget & expenditure support During your employment, you will handle a range of job duties. You will be expected to multi-task and undertake value-added projects to streamline work processes.

You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TEAMS) and be IT savvy and proficient in digital tools. You must be able to multi-task and be well-organised and have an acute sensitivity to deadlines as well as work well independently and as a team player. You should be meticulous, numerate, proactive and have effective communication skills; both verbal and written. You should have a positive learning attitude, strong problem-solving skills and have a passion for service delivery.
