Reporting to Deputy Director (HR Business Partnering), you will develop and drive programmes and initiatives in the areas of Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Outreach. You will also work very closely with the divisions to build MPA’s desired culture and an engaged workforce in the organisation.

What you will be working on
Business Partnering
- Proactively engage line divisions and develop a close partnership to effectively support their business needs.
- Provide HR strategic advice and solutions to line divisions in all aspects including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, rewards and guidance on HR policies, processes and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Outreach
- Develop MPA’s talent acquisition strategies through defining our MPA’s career value proposition, implementation of outreach efforts and green-harvesting initiatives.
- Oversee and manage MPA’s talent acquisition programmes (such as internship and work/training attachment).
- Develop outreach strategies and materials to build MPA brand awareness and cultivate relationships with Education and Career Guidance (ECG) contacts for prospective schools, Institutes of Higher Learning and Autonomous Universities.
- Work with key partners within the Public Service to strengthen our talent acquisition for functional disciplines (e.g. ICT, Engineering).
- Develop, plan and implement the talent engagement sessions for MPA. This includes overseeing the planning and organization of interns’ engagement sessions with senior management for green harvesting initiatives and scholars’ engagement sessions to support and enhance their experience with the organisation.
- Work closely with divisions to facilitate internship opportunities and curate attachments for scholars to private sector companies for exposure and development.
What we are looking for
- At least three years of working experience, ideally in aforementioned HR functions.
- A team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills
