What the role is
The procurement manager will be part of the Procurement team.
The contract is for a period of 2 years.
What you will be working on
You will be responsible to drive digitalisation efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and transforming user experience for procurement activities. This may involve implementation of digital solutions through low-code platforms and adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics. Responsibilities include staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, streamlining and automating procurement processes, and providing training and support to officers.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with low-code development platforms (such as ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform)
- Good understanding of AI technologies and prompt engineering.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (such as Python, Excel, Macros, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in developing digital solutions for automating procurement activities or understanding of Government Procurement procedures would be advantageous.
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Keen interest in driving digitalisation efforts in the procurement function.
