This role sits with the Digital Society Products (DSP) division as a member of the discovery team working on Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) Projects.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery team supporting the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) in discovery and inception. We will build impactful digital products that serve the public and transform government services. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, UX Designers and Software Engineers to explore complex problems, shape user-centred solutions, and drive product delivery from strategy to launch.
This is a strategic role that requires a strong collaborative mindset, a deep understanding of user and stakeholder needs, and the ability to navigate public sector constraints while pushing for innovation and modernisation.
[What you will be working on]
Lead inception workshops, discovery activities, and solution envisioning sessions to align teams and stakeholders on priorities
Apply design thinking and leverage user research insights to shape product direction and service outcomes
Conduct fit-gap analysis, market/impact sizing, and feasibility assessments to inform product decisions
Work closely in a triad with UX and Tech to co-design services that are user-centred, inclusive, and scalable
Engage and align C-suite and senior government stakeholders on product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap
Define and drive go-to-market or go-to-public strategies for digital service rollouts
Champion agile delivery, working with scrum teams to deliver products from 0 to 1, and continuously improve them
Contribute to modernisation of legacy systems, ensuring solutions are future-ready and interoperable
