What you will be working on

Be part of the team to shape stamp duty policies, working closely with various stakeholders, to improve the taxpaying experience, and ensure a stable and sustainable property market
Drive and lead engagement sessions to understand taxpayers’ needs, can develop taxpayer-centric solutions
Develop upstream solutions to deter non-compliance, and build compliance presence
Handle the end-to-end administration of Stamp Duty including the assessment of stamp duty liability, reviewing objections and appeals, and explaining the stamp duty treatment to taxpayers
Critically evaluate and assess documentations, conduct interviews to determine potential non-compliant cases
Participate in and lead projects to improve business processes and systems
